How To Book
Bristol Hawks Birthday Parties are always very popular so it’s best to book early, especially if you have a preference for a particular time slot.
Step #1 : Ring to check avalibility of the date/time you would like to book.
Step #2 : Give details of age of child and a contact phone number to booking staff.
Step #3 : To secure a booking pay the minimum charge of £110 [this allows up to 20 children to take part, any extra’s can be paid on the day of the party £5.50/extra child up to a maximum of 30 children].
Payment can be made over the phone by card, through the post by cheque or drop in and pay direct. N.B. Refunds can only be given if we are able to relet your slot.
Step #4 : Ring about two days before your party to confirm numbers [this allows us to set out your party tearoom to your requirements]
Above is an example of one of our tearooms ~ Please note we lay out the table, tablecloth, and chairs & you bring your own food, drinks etc. with you.
