If your child would like to try out the sport our Saturday morning ‘Open Session’ classes are ideal.
These are structured classes and are designed to give a taste of the variety of physical activities involved in gymnastics. There is no need to book, you can turn up and pay on the day for one session. We take a maximum of 8 children/coach on a strictly first come first served basis. We very rarely turn anyone away but it is best to arrive 10mins before the class starts.
4-7yrs 10-10.45am £4.20
7-10yrs+ 10.45-11.30am £4.20
Please speak to one of the coaches if you would like to have your childs ability assessed during this class with a view to placing them in an appropriate grade class during the week.
We run a wide variety of classes during the week to suit all ages and abilities. The ‘British Gymnastic Award Scheme’ classes allow the children to plot their progress as they develop by working towards badges. The grades start at 8 with the top grade 1. Above this we have our own ‘Hawks’ Gold, Silver and Bronze awards.
You need to book and pay in advance for these classes; cost £25.20 for six weeks.
If we have a space in a class it is possible to pay for one lesson to try it out [cost £5]. Missed classes can be made up at an appropriate Saturday morning class

For children who demonstrate above average ability or who are simply very keen on their gymnastics we run longer sessions.
These Intermediate level sessions are by ‘Invitation Only’. The coaches will identify dedicated children that could benefit from a more intensive style of class and offer them places in these classes. Children in these classes still work towards the awards but also have the opportunity to take part in the Christmas Display and, for the more advanced, novice competitions.
